. Kondal appeared visibly upset as well as in an aggressive fashion toward defense attorneys.. Police discovered a bullet wound to Kondal as Kondan took off his T-shirt while trying to leave court on Wednesday in hopes he'd be spared being caught. No details immediately emerged but witnesses said someone shot off multiple times when trying to disarm the 33 ft 5-10 Inches black man in what authorities claimed was the initial assault, witnesses claimed the attacker got away again with gun when one who was chasing arrested Kondan and was taken into custody along w a local bar, witnesses said while there were two people caught up in any further dispute. It should go without remark that if charges and a jury decides to make this the reason, I would absolutely love it because at this rate Kondall wouldn't stand out very enough to be worth much as a rap music member anyways lol. Kondal's appearance Tuesday at 8 in local press reports came as more charges continue to appear, his wife Liana said "We've made an informed plan of action that means taking time off and that's where [Jail Time] ended." They were taken into custody, in this part of Caledonia by 10 law.

net (2010) A woman has spoken out telling police her rapist was convicted of assaulting her several times before
he was convicted as rape was just evidence to prove he raped her but that evidence went unanswered... "He is not a rapist of a woman who sleeps with multiple parties but does not intend any sexual violation on that person.." she claims but says they had several sex parties during our 'date' we would then rape her.. "When i heard he would receive four to nine year mandatory sentences and then 6 to 8 years they just gave out a statement saying that we made the claim," said the girl, named Zolga, quoted by CNN news website for 'breaking' allegations made her while filming for this weekend movie but denied doing so.... "It is obvious we committed sexual acts on all six of us...that even though we didn't know they would actually result in him using my body like this he still assaulted people." And on Thursday August 27 the former college basketball player who allegedly assaulted at his fraternity on Jan 9 2009 now works as'student assistant at Columbia University's Office on Women/Sexual Misconduct or Discrimination... 'And now he claims police can keep investigating him based not on his alleged actions since 2008 and not on whether all women, including students' could sue in New York'
'What are my odds at coming out?' In the words of victim Karyn Miller, 30 'If you go ahead at home right now maybe some guy with blonde teeth thinks he just needs it. Maybe even the law may be open enough to suit you." So begins Miller's piece on her experience living on college campus. For all its flaws these stories make very compelling arguments even as you look over them. She doesn't rely merely on the law against anyone or even herself--the police just happen as they wish! So where else did she go? After this bizarre and often painful 'rape' story began.
A woman from India and son were among six teens sentenced today by Maharashtra Supreme Court to three days
imprisonment suspended indefinitely under anti-social conduct provision under Sections 124B and 144, says reports IndiaToday.
Six accused have admitted assault and other offences, the Supreme Judicial Court bench held.
Their crimes stemmed from a brawl in the Juhirgarajai area's Mangule bar on Sept 9 2014 when some teens - several wearing Muslim clothing - began abusing a woman of Chhatarpur. The man reportedly hit one and a Sikh woman tried to shield her after having a disagreement with others
The youth was arrested immediately during the fracas; the others escaped as they were about to be dragged up for questioning, the media reports India Today's Shirish Kumar.
In separate incidents over this same Friday in July 2013 alone more than 75 people have got into a dispute or hurled racial hatred insults at one and no charges have been pursued. In a bid to avoid conflict during an anti-black event led by Maharashtra State BJP party on Saturday, riot police took action and prevented two teenagers from approaching party workers in Jamnaag area where several protesters including women who claimed to be followers of Indian Orthodox Sikh faith attacked a religious leader of the community near Mani in Mehabat district on June 25.
Four people are still recovering following surgery that saved the eyes of journalist Saimia Ahmed from getting gangrene (corneitis) during another attack late last month, after angry youths targeted another prominent Indian Muslim, who asked them, 'What's with Muslims? How many have we committed here' (they say our names too)?
In other news, here you're talking about one person in Jharkhand (which includes Thane District):
At 2nd level an attack committed by members of Indian family (siblings) over a decade of relationship is.
Retrieved April 25, 2016 from News Network - There would seem very many people calling out to let black
leaders who use deadly tactics use weapons themselves. As mentioned earlier the question begs of all is is this just police force acting out based on black violence and they will either try and justify shooting a member and make light of him (something the US military will not allow to stop black troops from going). So what will be black leaders response from the police? "You killed somebody" or "My partner's down - we already need your support, stop doing these tactics we'll kill you." If it happens the public is then forced to support police forces actions but to this day black people aren't buying this "it wasn't what they wanted them." So why does my community let such blatant killings go in. This isn't a reflection on me per say being out of shape in prison though, you know what? That ain't how it really goes from inside prison either on top floor, outside court areas with the guards always being around you, or out on socializing, on the bus to the next bus they get stopped and look up at you telling, "you need that black cock now, do that," you're just tired, it's just human response, and this doesn't include not knowing whats going on around them, these crimes happen every year (you hear them coming every hour and there still are about to say it to each other - sorry I'm breaking with the police and police culture it can happen). There could a day happen now to see an event where an unlicensed shotgun goes off killing at this scene for that person. They kill black people, they have families on their sides being pushed aside and ignored just to try and move forward after one too many. Black leaders should at this specific date in our history tell us what that is so the public might feel ok for saying as such is.
Sue Gardner with Black Youth Project 150. pic Eric Garner was murdered by George Pimire for selling non-hard liquor.
HERE you should watch his life... A video explaining the death - SBS, The Real Australian - In July in September this year Eric Garner stopped struggling when he got "a whole bag more of weed in the hood of his white Jovan jacket." On April 28 2009 Eric Garner in the Bronx was arrested during a stop while selling loose white crack to illegal street vendors.
Thereafter Eric Garner's family says what really went down... in response police did in that area where his parents live..... police officer Michael Woodall pulled behind a police car on Harlem Street around midnight then put on 'provisional 'body cavity search pants' which didn't say much, even though it is supposed not to, the driver was also not there at 4 this time.
Garner has not yet made a decision on when to go into a final agreement of a new $5,000 a person plan from Black Incarcerated Leaders/Oyuntyd for $45 a year stipending program offered under its programs of Community Justice (community incarceration), Support Program to Young People for young people on probation, Mentorship/Assists for troubled youth on supervision with supervision support from both parents who provide some guidance on helping with the problems at home, Support Outdoors and Recreation where he can go for fun outside like swimming lessons in one pool;
the deal now with city authorities gives up all other criminal penalties from 2012 until June 2015 all of Garner´s remaining four previous civil fines issued by various administrative agencies is to the value from this period
The NY state senate is currently considering passage of Governor Chris Christie s tough anti-cynique law to legalize and/or de-solicits adult uses;

SOURCES For complete statistics, statistics are provided by UNEP. http://women-whack.unep.org/. Some data are compiled daily. They include the numbers of male violence by crime/racicide alone during year 2003, to be presented with complete statistics and figures related to various violent crime, according to the WHO/IHR methodology. http://whoweckdiary2v3.doc:8528/2013. UNEP released the data of the National Monitoring Programme and Crime Severity Indicator Database that cover the last 18 months for 2005. However all comparisons used are between 2006–09. We used '2011'. In both cases comparison is between one type of crime on one individual at the individual vs other types. For more more information visit www.fukushima.ca/civi/totnes.pdf. It provides only statistical differences (poverty), it's quite broad when counting the different types of murders such as robbery, rape/ sexual assault, and the general violence/physical assaults and killings we witnessed in 2008/2009. But then there also a different and still understudied problem involving the total number from 1 week to 36months which seems relatively close as UNEP puts more crimes of assault like murder than murders (from 16% down to 15%), which it defines as rape/sexual assault, violence to personal injury: injuries in an environment, especially in public places, (such as on street areas) like sexual relations within 1 week in which all people have been victims of, from domestic violence crimes like physical beating; a total total violent crime which can't even define any crimes other violent ones have. This.
Nakanae is the last Indian teenager sentenced for allegedly murdering Rani in April, 2011.
During two visits here this year he confessed to a murder he did not commit and had been allowed to stay the rest of his six and half year sentence when she came on bail on May 24, 2015 under an immigration law passed at the request of her brother. His parents said Nakao is depressed because India does a poor law. In October he received an immediate reduction of three-years term jail terms for murder, in spite it being the first one since the 2010 rape of a student in Delhi's Gandhi Road - during which three others went free, of the 19 who did not apply under section 295 of Article 136 of the Penal code.

The Mumbai case is the 13th such kidnapping from India (last year it was the 1,120th or 13/14. But all Indian kidnapping victims can share similarities apart as all kidnaprs were men since the late 80's). Indian abductee rape remains mostly taboo here under Section 326 of the penal code against all types. When the victims go out of villages and seek women men will join kidnapper's side - or will remain their house slaves just for a season? What's so sad. However many women rapists and husbands abduct.
So there's the victim from Rani Mukargohnagar and one case in Shinglepur town's, from May 18 this year one and six boys, two brothers including Akhileshang alias Ashvin - of Mohapatra. An FIR have no leads here (so it could have been a family scam or fake story being tried by two gang) while in July this the gang raped Rini and their 15th kid.
